I don't know, but if we could somehow pull Matthew Thomas I'd shite my pants. He is one of my favorite 2-3 players in this entire class. Kid has "CJ Moseley" written all over him.

He always talked shite about Alabama and Saban dating back to his sophomore year. A lot of the coaches on Prattville's staff aren't that high on him either. They think he lacks the work ethic. That doesn't mean he won't be a good player, but from my personal experiences being around him, he's a lazy idiot.

Except Thomas is being recruited outside.

I meant in his ability to drop back in coverage. He showed elite pass coverage ability in 7x7 camps last summer.

im assuming he must still be 17? otherwise, why would it matter if his mom would sign or not?

I think parents have to sign regardless of age as long as you are not of the age of consent. I am pretty sure to sign legal document you have to be 19. A LOI or more then likely the scholarship papers are the legal docs that a parent has to co sign.
