At this point I think all these guys have a secret board they get on and scheme out how to troll the shite out of each fanbase. Monty Adams could end up at Utah for all anybody knows.
Heres
to Saban being a lurking super secret admin on said forum.
Heres

This is a quote from Vonn Bell's father regarding his OV this weekend:
It appears we have decided to pursue Bell for Safety and Jackson for CB and call it a day in the defensive backfield. Conner is going to Ole Miss. Even though I really wanted him I will take the aforementioned two players in a heartbeat.
quote:
“We learned a lot about Coach Saban over these last two days. We met with him individually and met with him at the house. We’ve seen him in different environments. He’s very excited about Vonn and wants Vonn to be what Bama is all about. He feels he has the skill set of an Alabama player. He said he likes Vonn’s athleticism and his range at safety.”

Alvin Kamara, the AJC’s Mr. Football, took an official visit to co-leader Alabama over the weekend and ranked it as an “8” on a scale of 1-10.
quote:
With Alabama, Kamara said he graded it an “8” because “I was so comfortable.
“The only reason it wasn’t a 10 is because I had like 6 hours of sleep the whole weekend, so I’m exhausted.” Recruits are kept on a frantic pace when taking official visits to colleges.
quote:
Alabama has three other running backs committed for 2013 class, including 5-star Derrick Henry (the ex-UGA commit) and Walton High School standout Tyren Jones. There has been speculation on message boards that the trio of commits at the same position may hurt Alabama’s chances with Kamara.
“I mean this in the nicest way possible … I don’t really care what people think or say about that situation,” Kamara said. “I’m fully aware of the three running backs coming in my class, so at this point I just laugh when people talk Alabama and depth.”
quote:ajc article
Who is Kamara favoring right now? “No one is leading right now,” he said. “I know it would be easy to say Alabama is leading coming off my visit, but my mindset is tuned into giving both schools equal opportunity.”

Think he has a ton of upside! I am glad to hear we are avoiding the Suth Panola problems.

Rivals 100
Vonn Bell and Eddie Vanderdoes were bumped up to 5 stars. Bell jumped from 122 to 32.
Kamara jumped from 146 to 45. Robert Foster and Derrick Henry got decent bumps but still 4 stars.
Dee Liner dropped from 22 to 61 and Tim Williams dropped out of the top 100.

That and the fact that 2 of their commitments got bumped to 5*s. Maybe they'll stop bitching about Rivals now.

It means nothing. I trust Sabans evaluation over every single recruiting service. The rankings are just for fans to argue about.

that was not my point..But I have a hard time seeing 5 guys who are better then him with what he did in the state of Florida. Our last 5 star RB from Florida may not be as good as Henry. I trust NS in his process 100%

No way man. Trent was the best RB to come out of HS since Peterson.

Trent was the best running back recruit I can remember. Derrick Henry is probably the best athlete I remember following. He will be a great runningback. He'd be great at anything. But Trent was made to be a runningback. Once in a decade guy.

I am drawing a blank but our RB from florida who blue his knee out twice was from Florida and was a 5 star recruit right?

I got to watch every snap Trent played in high school. The most violent high school runner i have ever seen.
Hopefully we land Kamara i think he would be a dynamic guy in the kicking game. And a good change of pace back.
