He was pretty fricking terrible yesterday. Honestly he is too slow for how Kane used him IMO.

I didnt notice. Was he who was blitzing unsuccessfully on the plays where Daniels could have enjoyed a cup of coffee while he waited for his WRs to run down field? I feel like a big part of the downfield passing success for FSU yesterday was failed pass rush/blitzes. Pass rush wasn't bad yesterday on the whole, but when it was, Daniels and the WRs took advantage.

That was Jah-Marian Latham who has come back from a severe neck injury. The coaches love him and claim he knows the defense backwards and forwards. He’s been a DL most of his career. Maybe he’s playing a position he really can’t play? Honestly, I don’t know.

The play he got exposed on was in an edge contain situation where he was asked as a 275lb DL to play the mesh on a read option with a mobile QB and RB in space.

That’s not on Latham, that’s on the coaches for putting him in a situation where he has no chance of being successful.

It’s like the white MLB for Ohio State being asked to cover Devonta Smith in the NC game. That’s a coaching mistake not a player issue.
