Urine is quite sterile and harmless. Many folks drink their own, or a close friend's urine as part of a health or social bonding ritual. OR perhaps those aren't his Nachos -- maybe his buddy gave him some money to go get some Nachos and a beer for himself, he drank his beer and needed to take a leak before bringing his buddy his Nachos. I used to do this to my buddy Dave all of the time.
