A commissioner would be useless. All decisions are being made in court now. If a commish came in and said here’s the cap on what you can pay players, it would immediately go the Supreme Court and they would rule that you can’t put a cap on potential earnings without a contract. A commissioner would have zero authority. I’m glad to see talking heads like Colin that were so pro all this bullshite are now saying, eh, maybe this wasn’t the best idea.
