Brian Kelly is nowhere near as bad. He also didn't have many horrendous seasons as a D1 HC. The year he won 4 games at ND, he completely turned it around the next year and went 10-3. At one point he had one of the top CFB coaching records. The game has just passed him by.

Norvell is just an awful HC. His one great season was nothing more than a fluke. Georgia ended that with quickness.
