LeBron James Confirms These 2 NFL Teams Wanted Him To Try Out
© Joe Maiorana-USA TODAY Sports
For a brief second in 2011, Lakers star LeBron James thought of leaving the NBA for the NFL. According to Bill Oram of The Athletic, James received two invitations to workout for NFL organizations during that 2011 summer...
quote:

“I would have made the team,” James told The Athletic. “I would have tried out, but I would have made the team. One thing about it, I don’t mind working for something, so if I would have had to try out for the Cowboys or the Seahawks, or if I’d have stayed home and went back home to Cleveland, I’d have tried [out], but I would have made the team. I just know what I’m capable of doing on the football field. Especially at that age.”

The biggest whiny baby in sports was going to play football he scared to get hit. He can cry and whine about that on the court and get his way. but on the football field all he would do would be find himself on the end of a bench with his quitter jersey on.

He's got the size to play but that's it. No heart, no will to compete as a team player, no "I" in Team, plus he'd gets his arse busted when he has the ball and couldn't cry to referees about it!

How many flop pass interferences could he draw? If his team was winning he'd insist on being the one kneeling at the end of the game to match his kneeling before the game. I wonder if they would also bring in Anthony Davis to do the hard work to prop LeBron up to take the glory.

He would have played great in the early portions of the game, but wouldn’t have wanted the ball late in the game when it mattered.

That dudes so soft in the NBA. That pussy would have quit his first training camp in the NFL. Then we'd have to hear about how systematically racist football is.

We’d certainly see some quality flops and pre-game kneeling.
