Things blew up on Thursday night during the Double-A matchup between the Portland Sea Dogs and Binghamton Rumble Ponies. In the bottom of the third inning, Binghamton starting pitcher Marcel Renteria hit Portland’s Tyreque Reed with a pitch and then it all went off... ((The Spun)

I'm not even sure why after the pitcher got smoked by the batter he went after the catcher. Catcher was trying to pacify the situation for a second then dude tried spearing the catcher and got whooped again. Pitcher was left rolling around all cut up in pain at the end. Lol.
