Multiple sources are reporting that current Alabama defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt is emerging as a candidate for both the Mississippi State and Tennessee head coaching job.

In the recent past, Pruitt has served as the defensive coordinator at Georgia, Florida State, and now Alabama.Per TideSports.com:

University of Alabama defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt has interviewed for the head football coaching vacancy at Mississippi State and emerged as a candidate for the Tennessee opening, The Tuscaloosa News has learned.

Pruitt, in his second season of running UA’s defense, is one of Mississippi State’s top candidates. He is also on a list of coaches being considered by Tennessee.
