The Commanders ended up being a better fit for Daniels. People need to get over Willams going #1 to the bears.

Would we have won a title if he was back for 2024 with Bakers defense?

Only if Nabers, Thomas, and the 23 Oline comes with him.

Daniels offense was unstoppable at LSU. The defense was a joke. Imagine If the defense would have been a top 75 ranked defense LSU would have been a good bet to win a NC. Sadly it wasn’t even a top 100 defense. Pathetic.
What Daniels has done at Washington is remarkable . Defense is ranked 13th. Not the best but good enough,

In October 2023, when Jayden had like his 4th straight crazy stat game, the odds for him to go #1 overall in the draft was 75:1. I was very confident he was the #1 player in the class, so I put down $400 to win $30,000.

At the end of the year, Jayden had set an all time FBS record for passer rating, 208, and did it vs a Top 5 SOS. Caleb's passer rating was over 40 points lower, and he played cupcake Pac 12 Defenses. If the Bears GM had simply looked at a stat sheet, and not be a Sheep and go with what talking heads were saying to do, I'd have $30,000 more. It was common sense after the season was over on who was better.

The Talking Heads had Caleb Williams the best quarterback and Marvin Harrison the best receiver in draft... I have nothing against either of those players personally but my gut beyond my purple and gold colored-glasses told me that Daniels and Nabers were best at respective positions. Hell, you could even throw BTJ in there also. GEAUX TIGAHS. NFLSU!!!

The Bears GM probably had 1000 people in on his decision. They all had bets in. Made zero sense to me either.

I also bet him to go #1. The Bears will lose more than us for that bonehead mistake.
