Wise just to let this go rather than fight it and have chaos affect the team this close to week 1. Just a few days ago, we were all excited about who we have on this team. I think the addition of a couple of players under these strained circumstances will be a bigger distraction than anything positive long term.

Let’s just take the DE from ND and move on. It is dangerous to be amplifying all this noise this close to the season.

The sec has no power to stop anyone. A conference can’t over rule a judge. The ruling stated ncaa or conference cannot punish a school for playing any of these players.

That language was one of the first things in the TRO.

No. It did nothing of the sort. The ruling was over the issue of time based eligibility. The conferences aren’t trying to punish kids for using their fifth year, but for a different reason. The TRO doesn’t give them blanket amnesty from other conditions required for being eligible. They still have enroll and keep grades up for instance.
