AFC Offensive Player of the Week
Ja'Marr Chase - Cincinnati Bengals
In the Bengals' thrilling 33-31 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night, there were plenty of Cincinnati candidates for weekly honors, such as quarterback ??Joe Flacco?? and kicker ??Evan McPherson??. It was Chase who hauled in the accolades, though, just as he hauled in everything against Pittsburgh when he reset his own franchise record with 16 receptions to go along with 161 receiving yards and a touchdown.
AFC Defensive Player of the Week
K'Lavon Chaisson - New England Patriots
The 2020 first-round pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars is having a stellar rebirth with the Patriots. Chaisson, who's nearing his career high with 4.5 sacks already, had a stellar Sunday in New England's 31-13 thumping of the Tennessee Titans. Chaisson posted three tackles, two sacks, two tackles for loss, two QB hits and recovered a fumble for a 4-yard touchdown -- the first of his career.
AFC Special Teams Player of the Week
Grant Delpit - Cleveland Browns
Delpit was terrific on defense and special teams Sunday in the Browns’ 31-6 win over the Miami Dolphins. In total, he had two tackles, a sack, two QB hits and a tackle for loss, with both tackles coming on special teams along with a forced fumble. After Cleveland took a 10-3 lead, Delpit’s caused fumble led to the Browns taking a 17-3 advantage, and the rout was on.
