LSU: Got thumped at home & hot coach fired. Couldn't protect QB. Quick game helped. 14 helped, made big plays. 22 looked more comfy finding seams in zone scheme, not afraid to help in pass pro. QB stood in. Missed a few but showed toughness. Started to feel rush a tad early as game went on. Still refusal to ultimately balance it out with formations & calls. WRs helped. Made tough grabs, blocked well. Needed better help from RBs & TEs on edge defenders. Defense played mesh well early. Caused confusion. Then they got to misdirection with it. 6 made some plays there. 13 made things happen. 90 & 88 had good push inside. Yards after catch were killer. Caught caught in man on QB scrambles. Took the ball away & played hard. Tough one to drop like that.
