LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier has accepted an invitation to play in the Panini Senior Bowl.
Nussmeier came into the season as a projected first-round pick in the NFL Draft, but dealt with injuries and passed for 1,927 yards with 12 touchdowns and five interceptions in nine games.
Nussmeier was ultimately replaced by backup Michael Van Buren for the final four games of the season.
In 2024, Nussmeier passed for 4,052 yards, 29 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions.
The Senior Bowl will be played on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 1:30 p.m. CT in Mobile, Ala. The game will be televised on the NFL Network.
