LSU starting center Braelin Moore left Saturday's game vs. Louisiana Tech on the first play of the game after being rolled up on.

After the play, Moore went into the injury tent on the sidelines and then eventually made his way into the locker room for X-rays. He later returned to the sidelines and tried to warm up, but did not return to the game.

After halftime, Moore was on the sidelines in street clothes and in a walking boot.

Moore was replaced by DJ Chester, who started at center all of last season.

He's the best center we have. Maybe the only one.

Unfortunately you are correct. Perhaps in the future we will recruit actual centers instead of just "interior linemen"
