LSU coach Lane Kiffin spoke with reporters after practice on Tuesday and was asked about LSU's run game, which has struggled in recent years.
In his response, Kiffin explained that getting the run game going is high on his list, as it's vital to the team as a whole.

"It's really high on our list, very big challenge to get that fixed," Kiffin said.
"In my opinion, if you can't run the ball, you have problems, not just offensively, but as a team. It's just part of your personality. We have always stressed that."
"Over time, we have run the ball as well as anybody over the years... in the last two places we have been. And it's looked different, with different types of running backs."
"But that's a really big challenge for us right now. Major issue last year, and really for a few years here. That's high on our list. It sets up everything, not just throwing the ball and play action, but it sets your whole team up."
