LSU starting linebacker Whit Weeks did not practice yesterday and is likely doubtful ahead of Saturday's matchup at Alabama.
Interim head coach Frank Wilson spoke on the SEC Coaches Teleconference on Wednesday and said that Weeks can put weight on his ankle and "straight-line run," but other typical football movements and pain tolerance are the issue.
As for offensive lineman Carrius Curne, Wilson said the true freshman is trending in the right direction and will have a chance to play against Alabama.
Curne started at left tackle vs. Texas A&M, replacing Tyree Adams, who remains out with an injury. Sophomore DJ Chester will back up Curne.
