CBS Sports Releases Preseason Bowl Projections

Jerry Palm with CBS Sports released his preseason Bowl Projections this week and has LSU playing Notre Dame in the Peach Bowl in Atlanta on Dec. 30 at 7 pm.

His playoff projections are Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, and Oklahoma.

College Football Playoff:

Cotton Bowl on Dec. 31 - Clemson vs. Ohio State
Orange Bowl on Dec. 31 - Alabama vs. Oklahoma

Selection Committee Bowl Games:

Sugar Bowl on Jan. 1 - Georgia vs. Iowa State
Rose Bowl on Jan. 1 - Wisconsin vs. Oregon
Fiesta Bowl on Jan. 1 - Texas A&M vs. Cincinnati
Peach Bowl on Dec. 30 - LSU vs. Notre Dame

some posters act like the teams are identical to past teams because the jersey is same. I would enjoy seeing this year's lsu vs this year's notre dame. how each player does. and sure I would rather lsu gets a playoff spot instead of Oklahoma.

I don't know why people are acting like this in the comments. These are the dominant teams in 4 of the 5 power 5 conferences. They finish top 10 every year and each has went to the CFP at least 3 times in the past 5 years. If they picked anybody different than those four, people would think they are doing it to be, well...different.

Grinch has a very good defense this year. Riley will have a very good offense this year. If OU got blown out by anyone, it would be a surprise. This may be their 2019.
