re: When you absolutely had to have it, Jay Johnson had it

I remember in Game two vs Florida on the MCWS final two years ago. He let the bullpen get absolutely shelled and basically conceded game two so he could set up best for game 3. Lose the battle, win the war.

I would not be surprised if the Trump administration were to leak that they "accidentally" sent an non-gang member illegal to El Salvador. Then they can say, if you are here illegal you might end up in an El Salvador jail. Just self deport and save yourself the hassle.

re: Will LSU postpone tomorrow’s baseball game to Wednesday?

The latest forecast has it clearing late afternoon tomorrow. If not they will probably just do double header on Wednesday.
re: So What Did Y'all Think of Riders Park?

I've lived in the Frisco area for 10 years. The wife and I used to go to Rough Rider games all the time before my son was born but haven't been back since (he's 7). We went on Friday afternoon and had a ball. I took the 7 year old on Saturday night and he is still talking about it (mainly about the dipping dots but I'll take it). We are already looking for a weekend to take him and his little brother to a Rough Rider game later this season. Great stadium.

It’s always better to trade a player one year too early than one year too late. Most of these guys we just let walk.
re: Sean Duffy (Transportation Secretary nom.) confirmation hearing marked by bipartisanship

Sean and Rachel were both cast members on MTVs real world. They were then cast in the road rules: all stars where they met.

He is only pardoned from Federal prosecution. If we committed state crimes (spoiler alert he did) then he can be prosecuted for those.

I love that most of it is "we have to stop having sex before marriage!" Its weird that their protest is basically a traditional Christian view.
re: AP reports that Joe Biden has called Donald Trump to congratulate him
Posted by Mike Honcho on 11/6/24 at 2:47 pm
Trump needs to go to Washington and meet with Joe in private. In this meeting he needs to ask Joe about his withdraw. If it was as we think and he was actually couped then Trump can have those responsible brought to Justice once he takes over. It would devastate the democratic party but would help Joe save face.

re: Maybe it's a blessing in disguise that they stole 2020

In the first 100 days he needs to:
1. Close the border.
2. Deport all violent criminal illegals
3. End public assistance for all non-citizens (legal and illegal)
4. Offer one-way transportation to home country for non-violent illegals.
If an illegal can provide for themselves completely without being a burden on the American people, invite them to apply for a green card to stay.

re: Making DA a HC cost us a decent DC.

He is a really good DC but he should have never been making game day decisions or anything that had to do with the Offensive side of the ball.

If Allen finds a way to lose this one he needs to be fired before he gets on the plane back.
re: Ben Shapiro Against Deportation
Posted by Mike Honcho on 10/25/24 at 10:22 am
You deport the dangerous ones (both gang members and drunk drivers, and one off rapist etc) then you cut off all support for non-citizens (so legal and illegal immigrants). They will self deport real quick if there is no public funds. The only thing I would support the government spending money on these people would be paying for 1 way plane tickets back to where they came from.

CBS ran the story from the Atlantic last night even though it was already disproven. Everyone who was there said it was a complete lie, including the soldier's family. They still led with it. Its like they don't even care about what's left of their journalistic integrity (not that there's much left)
