Top 2018 Louisiana QB Justin Rogers Commits To TCU

Four-star dual-threat quarterback Justin Rogers from Bossier City, LA announced Wednesday night that he has committed to TCU, a decision that many saw coming.
Rogers, the No. 1 QB prospect in Louisianna for 2018, chose the Horned Frogs over LSU and North Carolina.
The 6-4, 200-pound prospect from Parkway High School is rated the No. 4 dual-threat quarterback in the country and the No. 3 overall player from the state of Louisiana for the class of 2018, according to ESPN.
