Not to mention letting the tcja expire would place the us corporate tax rate well above the oecd avg

Am I wrong in thinking the corporate rates were permanent and it's only the personal income rates that sunset and go up at end of year by TCJA?

any tips on economy lot vs UsPark? USPark

Heard relying on MSY people to get you from the economy lot was a disaster

Thought I needed a business entity to get the EIN needed to establish solo 401?

Trying to learn as much as possible online

Hell - I called it articles of incorporation in my initial post

Corrected, you are right

Pass Thru LLC Operating Agreement

Posted by Stateguy on 2/22/25 at 4:50 pm
I created LLC for 1099 income. Goal to have solo 401k. Have articles of organization from State of LA, have EIN. Now (I'm pretty sure), I need an operating agreement. Basically need this for bank to allow me to open an account.

LINK

Any advice on doing this. Google one online? Trying to do this as cheap as possible.

Expect to bump this Monday

ETA - corrected to article of organization, not incorporation

I have same problem and sleeves too short drive me effing nuts.

I have some of there long sleeve shirts and just accept that I roll the sleeves up. Most are designed to roll up anyway

There jackets are different - seem a little longer. Got one at Macks last month and XL was long enough (can't find a link). Have a breathelite qtr zip that is long enough (could try on), bought the MSU version and sleeves are shorter (it works but still slightly shorter)

Hope that helps

like the money guys but I'm pretty sure they are paid based on number of times they use the same phrases.

Love it

so many more

I listen to all the shows but they get redundant (kind of have to it seems like) and have to skip thru some

some loans are set up to pay every 2 weeks. Physician loans are often done this way. Effectively makes 30 year loan a 26 year loan.

Online I've read of people having some issues initially doing this. The payment goes as extra principle payment and not part of monthly payment. Even some loan providers not allowing partial payment
Thoughts on that Larue vs Rise 140 single stage (rise is $10 more)?

Put trigger gauge on my Palmetto State AR and it broke at a consistent 7 1/2 lbs!

AR is used for general plinking

I'll start by saying I'm not a mechanic.

But what's the value in a snap on tool boxes vs the icon line. I could see argument that the HF US general line up is not heavy duty enough. Concern you overload the drawers? Do mechanics really move their boxes that much?

I'm absolutely a "buy once cry once" person but I don't see the reason for it.

I am not talking about tools. I understand it there most times. Buy the best you can afford
