Head coach Ed Orgeron and offensive line coach Jeff Grimes were in Gonzales, LA on Monday night to visit with LSU offensive tackle commit Cameron Wire.
The 6-6, 280-pound prospect from East Ascension HS committed to LSU back in June, choosing the Tigers over offers from more than 30 different college football programs, including eight from the SEC.
Wire is the No. 28 offensive tackle in the country and the No. 16 overall player from the state of Louisiana for 2018, according to ESPN.
