You whined about a coach in response to seeing a picture of him with one of our highly sought after commitments. I didn’t say we had different opinions did I? I said your post wasn’t related to the topic of the article.

All I saw was you getting your panties in a wad because you saw Grimes in a picture with a recruit. You felt the need to be negative. I doubt you know what type of a coach Grimes is. You’re not in practice so I’m curious as to how you know so much about it. Offensive line is a position where it is hard to look good as a coach. You can teach good technique and still have one person make a mistake or miss an assignment and give up a sack or not create a hole. It’s difficult to have five guys be perfect every time. By your standards there is probably no offensive line coach in the country that is any good. I think most people would say Alabama usually has a good o-line. Well we were constantly in their backfield and constantly being held by them. Just so happens their quarterback is pretty darn good at getting away.

So why not make your own thread about him instead of posting it after an article about him visiting with a high profile recruit. It’s unrelated

I don't think you realize that once Les Miles was let go that Grimes has been identifying studs, and going out to get them signed. Not only are they already producing but he's now recruiting much differently than BF Orgeron was here and it seems like since O has taken over, O has given him full authority to identify his own style of OT/OG and it looks to be improving our OL exponentially in a short period of time. I'm not sure that your distaste for Grimes has been all on Grimes himself. I could be wrong here but there is no doubt that LSU is now going in a totally different direction when it comes to recruiting the OL and I like that direction, I think most do. We'll see in a couple of years, but I believe the issue has been resolved, what ever that was. Go Tigers.
