Four-star LSU linebacker commit Charles Ross has reportedly shut down his recruitment and will sign with the Tigers next week.

Ross will be on campus this weekend for LSU's season finale against Oklahoma.

Ross, a native of Houston, Texas (North Shore), is rated the No. 2 linebacker in the country for the class of 2025, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

The speedy 6-2, 200-pounder picked up his offer from defensive coordinator Blake Baker in February and committed in March.

How is the #2 LB in America only a 4 star?

Because that's his rating.

If he's 2 it just means only one is better and the rest or not.

5*s suppose to correlate to 1st round picks in the NFL draft. At least that's how it is on some ratings sites. It is hard to believe that there ain't 2 LBs good enough to be considered 1st rounders.

Great decision! I can’t wait to see him in Tiger Stadium wrecking quarterbacks!

Money is starting to come out. Not mad at it.

So BK shows #1 backward just like Winston Churchill did the “V” sign to the press in WW2. Are we standing on the precipice of greatness?

BK has always been very careful to flash the “L” in the right direction regardless of the hand he uses.

It isn’t easy to throw up the “L” with the left hand
