There is another video out from a maskcam. It made me flinch watching it on my phone. The ball just jumps on you. Reinforced to me that the hardest activity in any sport is to hit a baseball.

Caught once at baseball camp. As a lefty it was the only position I’ve never tried. Nope never again and I was 12. No way 101 flying at me.

As a High School baseball I caught for former LSU & major league pitcher Barry Manuel & I was scared to death. I definitely would not want to be that photographer w/o protection.

I was the photographer in the dressing room taking pics of Livy.
