An arrest warrant has been issued for ex-Georgia defensive lineman and top NFL prospect Jalen Carter.
According to Athens Police, Carter was allegedly racing in the car crash that killed his former teammate Devin Willock and Georgia recruiting staffer Chandler LeCroy on Jan. 15.
