New Georgia head coach Kirby Smart visited defensive tackle Derrick Brown on Thursday morning and showed up in style.


Brown, a five-star tackle from Buford, GA (Lanier HS) is the No. 1 player from state of Georgia, according to 247 Sports. Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, and Georgia are among his top schools.

Why on earth would a Georgia high school go with "Longhorns" as their school mascot? Unlike more common names like Tigers and Spartans and the like, that's associated with Texas, and only Texas.

Also, that kid looks the same age as the coaches. It's not even a stretch. All it would take is a touch of grey in the hair and he'd look middle-aged.
