Check out former University at Buffalo football player Chris Spell set the Guinness World Record for a standing jump on Sunday at 5 feet, 3 inches high...

A NEW GUINNESS WORLD RECORD??
??
About two hours ago, Guinness World Records officially accepted my attempt making me the official record holder for the Highest Standing Jump in the world
I have trained hard for this and I am thankful for everyone who supported me. Maybe I had to go through being declined twice in Buffalo in order to get here. I am so glad I got to bring a Guinness World Record to my hometown, Cortlandt Manor, as well as to the Spell family. Looking back at it, I wouldn’t want it any other way.
??
We all have greatness within. Thank you again for all of the support I’ve gotten from Retro Fitness, Guinness World Records, friends, family and even strangers. #againstoddsathletics

This is much more respectable than half the crap Guinness gives WR's for... the longest sneeze, the longest finger nails, most knives swallowed...
