I don’t like going, but don’t despise it either. I’m also in a smaller town that isn’t too bad most of the time if you stay away from paydays and holidays. Hell, I get a lot of my knock around clothes from there

I’m not sure what law is, but I have seen supplier turn off valves inside and test lines before connecting to tank.

Not sure what happened, but is possible that piping was all good and a fitting in the actual gas log insert was leaking. Several possibilities.
