But how can it be "SWAN"? The "S" is already up there in "AS", so "SWAN" should not be available. A few frames later than this clip, they do flip the "A" in "GRACEFUL".

It was the toss-up round, not the one where the call out a letter. Letters appear in random and as soon as you think you know it you buzz in. BTW, she was the big winner on the night.

Thanks @double d, I didn't know about the context of the "toss up round", I never really followed the game that closely. Since she was the big winner, I bet she got thrown by that too.
