Barrett’s High School in Orlando Bob Head told AL.com that the talent QB will begin classes at Auburn next week.

"He's all fired up," said Bob Head, Barrett's head coach at West Orange in Orlando. "We're all excited. He's been working hard and doing everything he had to do this summer to get qualified. He's growing up."

"At one point in my mind I was thinking 'I need to get a Plan B for Woody and get him to a good junior college to get him ready for Auburn,'" Head said. "Coach Malzahn and Coach (Rhett) Lashlee said, 'Junior college is not an option. He needs to get up here. He could potentially play and compete.'

"They think Woody is obviously their future and had a whole different mindset. Woody buckled down and got his grades going and his test scores up and made it happen... Woody will be fine. His talent will take over."
Barret sent out this tweet on Friday saying that he will be headed to the Plains soon.
