Head coach Kalen DeBoer has confirmed that Alabama will make some changes to this year's Spring Game...
quote:

"A lot of times here, the A-Day Game, it's been more of a practice, and there's been some scrimmaging, not necessarily much of a game," DeBoer told Nakos. "Even when I was at Fresno State, we called it the spring preview. Especially this year, there's some things we're working through with some injuries and so forth. So it'll definitely be modified. We want to try to have some type of event around April 12."

Once upon a time Spring practices and games were very useful. You could see the players in a "game" environment but no way would I put a team out there for the rest of America to see and their boosters start calling players that night. Bama's never gonna kill the spring game because that is the day where the captains ceremony is at Denny Chimes and the A club has their big bash but the game will be history and will just be more of a watered down version of even what it is now.

You whiners need to shut up! How would you like to be Alabama and have to play Alabama every Spring??? Alabama should be getting a Bye and resting up for the playoffs.
