The Alabama Basketball program has lost three players to the NCAA Transfer Portal since the season ended last weekend, according to multiple reports.

Sophomore guard Jaden Quinerly, redshirt freshman forward Alex Tchikou, and sophomore forward Keon Ambrose-Hylton are the Crimson Tide players that are moving on.

The NCAA teams have long enjoyed a loyal following largely because the STUDENT-ATHLETE representatives were also loyal. With the obvious loss of loyalty of the participants, the followers will find other things to support.

None of these guys played this year. Alex T has upside but is a major project right now.

Alex T has raw upside talent, but will never play unless attitude changes. Some coach may be able to reach him and bring it out of him. Hopefully that turns out to be the case for his sake.
