Exactly.
LSU did just fine and it took us about 2 quarters to sift through their smoke and mirrors. Just a matter of time.

How do you adjust to speed ? You can adjust to schemes, but you can not make players faster. The only way you can adjust is not to substitute, your 11 against our 11. Good Luck.

Poor bait. Will not attract a single Auburn response. They are smart you know.

They look real good on that drive where Mason scored. I think they were glad that AU didn't have more than 12 seconds left at the end of the game.

Major Jimmies get rustled when you say defenses will adjust to the HUNH. Barners think it is unstoppable Bovine Scat. Defenses will adjust.
You recruit more speed on defense to counter speed. And you run the ball to keep them off the field.

You can't make players faster?
wtf are strength and speed coaches for then???

So how are they going to adjust ? Nobody on here seems to have any wild theory on how to slow it down, besides change the rules. Do you play 11 DBs or start substituting before the whistle is blown ? Have DL carry O2 cylinders under their pads ?

So that is not their normal goal anyway ? Has the HUNH changed the game that much ?

You lost twice last year wtf are you talking about nobody can adjust
It's already been done lol

I told you what...they will recruit more speed to counter speed. NO offense is unstoppable otherwise you would score every time you had the ball and never ever punt.
On offense you shorten the game by running and if you successfully establish the run,you keep A HUNH team offense on the bench.

True, but it was widely believed that the two teams had major talent advantages. AUs talent gap has been narrowed, I wonder what the results will be.

Patty and gang will never get that.

That only works if you have the lead.

The lead or are close. Your offense did not win the Alabama game, you got outgained over 100 yards. If your defense doesn't make some stops in the red zone, and you don't also get help from kicking game mistakes and turnovers, you lose.

I can not wait until AU gets good on Offense then. 300 yards rushing did not have anything to do with AU winning the game.

But you gave up 100 plus more than you gained.300 yards rushing was not enough, you lose that game if what I posted had not happened.

I don't know why, but I thought most Bama fans were a little embarrassed about Saban's proposal.

Maisel's argument is my only argument with regards to the HUNH. It's not a player safety debate. It's a debate for whether college football should be a strategic chess match or so fast that it is a continuous game almost like basketball or soccer.

AU gives up a 99 yard pass, they have a sure TD under thrown in the first half and a punt that should have been blocked. You can what if all you want, but at the end of the game Bama's D was on its heels.
