I'm just stating MY opinion...knowing that it isn't a popular one. I do want that win with him playing, I just wouldn't want him representing my school....Cool? I don't really give a shite.

Oh no you didn't :) I know winning is everything,but traditions and the integrity of a program are pretty important too....coming from someone who's team has had their fair share of embarrassments, I would rather lose a few games than have JF as my quarterback.

This^ The guy is a douche and has completely embarrassed A&M...I was talking to a friend about the situation, and I kept finding myself saying "at a&m of all places" etc... The guy does not fit with your program at all and has completely spit on your traditions and oaths and has done damage to A&M's image. Why would you want someone like him representing your team and university?

I will add more when I catch mistakes :) I will say that I have mad respect for A&M. The traditions are amazing and the history with our coaches is pretty cool...except for Fran...that pos...he shook my hand after practice in Hawaii and told me he wasn't going anywhere. He bailed a week later.

I'm probably the biggest female football fan you will ever meet....I have been to Bryant-Denny for at least 25 games....I've seen them play at duke,vandy,hawaii,south carolina(I was actually sideline for that game...amazing), oklahoma, arkansas and other places I can't remember right now....I can take the jokes,as long as you take me seriously as a poster...sorry I hijacked the thread...back to jff... Nope....I have used the name to register on message boards since I was in High School. I was at fan day one year when I was 16 and one of the coaches told me I was pretty enough to be a crimsonette so I went with it. Sorry to disappoint.

Hi....long time lurker (like pre-ATPB), and I'm a chick so take it easy on me...The C&D letters were sent because of him trademarking "Johnny Football".They used the phrase in the description or somewhere on their Ebay listings...it had nothing to do with stopping the sale of his autographs.
