We did, but Bobo without elite talent still scored points, still had effective QB play, still gave us a chance. I can respect what your saying and can see your point but I just see it differently.

The offense would be still be effective with Bobo. Good OCs Are gonna good OC. Spurrier made a living off of utilizing average college QBs. Bobo was able to do the same. Schotty has been completely and utterly unremarkable every place he's been. This was a terrible, out of left field hire and we're paying the piper for it.

We had a record setting offense last year with Huston Mason. No one can honestly say Hutson is better than Lambert or Bauta. The QB talent on hand is good enough (or was good enough) for Bobo to have a potent offense. If Schotty requires an All star quarterback and David Andrews at center to be effective, then about the only place he would be effective is New England. At a minimum Schooty & Hoke need to go.

If your defensive line can win the battle at the line of scrimmage, your linebackers are good enough to contain him.

Offensive line seems to have occasional lapses in pass protection, beyond that I don't know if it's a factor of Choker being a bit limited with his field vision or what, but it seems like the pass plays gets a bit predictable (getting it to Ridley). Still, sitting where I am as a Georgia fan I would take these problems all day every day.

An SEC title 10 years ago, two SEC east titles in in 2011 & 12, & PTSD from SOS & CNS. We have major self esteem issues and don't think we'll ever do any better. Disneys are the ultimate Dooms Dayers because in their hearts they don't believe we can ever be better than what we are.

How is it not true? We're good for 7-10 wins most years sprinkled with an occasional 11-3 season. We've been so far for 15 years. Trees grow faster.

Texas is UGA's bigger brother. Both historically underachieve & are generally apathetic about making coaching changes. It's natural selection, the weak and dumb get remain at the bottom of the food chain. This is how we allow ourselves to be.
