Was really thinking they were trading up for AD Mitchell. I thought he would be a really good pick there. Was not overly impressed with Kool-Aid at Bama. He is very "handsy" and needs to fix that or he will get called for PI a lot in the NFL....
Has Trey shown that he is nothing more than a complimentary role player? He disappears way too often. Part of that is that the coaching staff run NOTHING for him. However, it is concerning for a guy who will want big $$$....
Is this the last time we see BI in a Pelicans uniform?
Not as look as Griffin is in charge...
Was really hoping for DeJean over McKinstry, but he went a pick earlier. That may have been what incentivized Saints to trade up and grab Kool-Aid....
If Atlanta has interest in BI (not sure if they do or will), maybe we could get involved with a team that may be interested in Trae and do a 3-way deal....
I’m just stating what Atlanta is demanding from Pels…. Whether it’s Trae or Murray Herb is the piece they want the most Now, will you be able to get them to budge with a BI for Trae trade? Probably so as it looks like they would rather move Trae than Murray which is why they had insane dem...
Just sucks seeing teams like okc and t wolves pass us up after they been sucking last few years.
OKC has done it right. They built a warchest and used it on quality young talent. We built a warchest and squandered much of it on trying to find centers who fits the NBA 20 years ago....
Yea he’s gotta make a move. Go get Colin Sexton. Just start there in my humble opinion. I hate to give up CJ but we gotta make a move now. Sexton is 25yo, 6ft 3”, can score, and is ready to orchestrate an offense.
OK, so why does Utah want CJ?...
At least one of BI or CJ will get moved. I can't imagine a universe where they go into the season with CJ/BI/Zion again, and pay Trey Murphy 100 mill
My concern is what they do with Trey. He has not earned $25+ million a year. He disappears way too often. However, his skill set may ...
Griffin/Benson's hands are forced.
Does anyone really believe that though? They will not be forced into doing something they do not want to. Griffin runs the show and loves BI and CJ. Will he agree to part with one of both? ...
Where’s the system??? IDK what it’s going to take to change that next season but this team isn’t going anywhere with the glaring flaws in their current personnel.
There is no system whatsoever. I am disappointed as I thought that was what Borrego was bringing. It looks like street b...
Does he do that? Has he done that all year? He's a pseudo starter except he isn't introduced in the starting lineup. That's the problem. And we know Willie will be here going forward since he got extended, so Griff has to get rid of Nance to keep Willie from playing him so much.
Nanc...
Getting swept by OKC is better than missing the playoffs all together. This should show the FO how far we really are from competing and that changes need to be made. They can’t delude themselves anymore. Changes must be made
Griffin will convince himself that they would have won wit...
Trey has has a tendency to disappear at times as well. I think a lot of has to do with the fact that we run nothing for him and no screens to get him open. He needs to be a bigger part of the offense....

Typical extension to maintain flexibility. Years 2 and 3 not guaranteed....
And the funniest part is people blame Sean Payton and his supposedly big mouth as to why the chiefs knew to jump the saints. When in truth, it was Mahomes himself who told the chiefs to jump the Saints
Mahomes never said to jump the Saints. He just tole KC that if they wanted him, t...
But Sean has embellished this over the years. He was never shy about trading up to get his guy, so if you felt that strongly about Pat, you go get him. You don’t sit back and say well I’m happy if I come away with him or lattimore
Not sure it was an embellishment. Some forgot that no o...
Dejean is the obvious one, but will almost surely be gone. WRs - McConkey, Mitchell, Coleman, Polk, Wilson, Corley, Franklin DT - Newton, Fiske LB - Cooper, Wilson DB - Dejean, McKinstry, Rakestraw, Sainristil, Tampa, Nubin DE - Kneeland OG - Powers-Johnson, Beebe Some interesting playe...
Yes, Saints would have picked Bowers. ...
