The OK State loss was in our first trip to the Shreveport Bowl, right?

Trooper's wikipedia page says he was there in '08. Too bad. Would've made the game more interesting.

But at least the game gave us this

McElwain ought to add that to the playbook

No liquor pitchers at the Tooth. You can get them in TTown, but since Cheap Shots closed im not sure where other then Harry's, but thats way off the strip.

KENNEDY'S. It's downtown in Temmerson Square. I think they're around $8 but they'll probably have a special for gameday.

The Tooth doesn't do pitchers at all gamedays because of the enormous amount of people there. They do $1 or something like that though, if my memory serves correctly.

Naw man...it was like inception...sarcasm within sarcasm.

Actually the reference sailed right over my head. I blame it on the years I spent sniffing paint as a child. I am ashamed. I might commit sepuku now
OP's suggestions sucked.

Why would a fan of the other team want to go to the Bryant museum? :banghead:
The idiot who made doesn't speak for the whole fanbase blah blah blah...

I remember Alabama catching a lot of flak after Updyke-gate, which I also thought was bullshite. One idiot, or even a group of idiots doesn't speak for a whole fanbase. How about all you people towing that line of thinking remember that the next time your school inevitably gets a similarly inflamatory piece of garbage like this thrown at it.

I was in Tuscaloosa on that day, and I'll say that anyone who has seen an EF-4 tornado in person knows it's nothing to laugh at. But whatever, people are stupid. :banghead:

Try not being the first SEC team to lose to Ohio State.

I think congratulations are in order

This is actually the first (All SEC teams) message board I have spent much time on. Most of my time has been spent on Bama boards where everybody bitches about the grass at BDS and McElwain's playcalling and what music should be played in the stadium. It is actually pretty cool seeing the different perspectives (flamers aside)

The Bama boards I have been to have bored me to tears. Everyone's too uptight, and the threads are too predictable.

I just think we break this 4 game streak for some reason

Who can argue with that?
Can they? Sure.

Will they?
Dunno about that one. He was pretty merciless towards Richt last summer as I recall. Dunno what he's said about Richt this year because I haven't listened to his show as much.
When does the SEC's contract with CBS expire? I don't like the 2:30 kickoffs. Night games are just a better atmosphere.
I don't think Lester will go undefeated either but...West Virginia? Come on...

And I can't find his show in Baton Rouge. What channel does it come on? I need the sound of inbred rednecks arguing about football to serenade my afternoon commute!

That said, I still think USCe over UF is gonna come out of the East for 2 reasons. First of all, their game is actually in Columbia this year so they'll have home field advantage which can never be undervalued in the SEC. Secondly, Florida has to play both LSU AND Alabama. USCe plays neither. Florida could beat all the East teams and still not go to Atlanta by losing to Bama & LSU, while USCe only has the 1 SEC loss. Arky could throw a wrench in that though

Who's to say that USCe finishes the season with only one SEC loss? The way they've had to eke out wins, it hardly seems like a sure thing. They have Arky in Columbia too don't they? Their schedule is nice and cushy, but imploding in games they should win has been the USCe special for years.

I was waiting on the scolding post :spank:

Surprised it took this long
