is there anything to combat the things listed above if it's not low T ?

I’d start with increasing your muscle mass and reducing fat. A good diet and exercise program can do wonders.
I take a scoop of whey protein isolate, 1 cup of chobani vanilla greek yogurt, add blueberries and sliced banana. That’s my post workout snack. ETA: That’s roughly 50-60 g of protein.
A good test kit and download the Pool Math app. So easy a caveman can do it.
For my health. And I have a pre-teen daughter.
We rescued a calico a few years ago. I’ve grown fond of her.
I have a Crosman Nirto Venom .22 break barrel and Hatsan Sniper Vortex .22 break barrel. Both are great. The Hatsan is a little more powerful but also heavier. Both have provided sufficient varmint control over the years.
All three strikes during that at bat were low. Ump should’ve got throat punched.
Above the letters strike. :casty:

Feeder activity has been pretty sporadic the past few weeks. But I’m starting to get more consistent visitors now. Saw quite a few today so far.

Excellent show and also hard to watch. Especially the scene in the hospital when the wife visits her husband and he barely even looks human anymore! :wah: If that were me I’d say just put a bullet in me asap.

Same. I often see it listed as the “best” bicep exercise. My top 3 are incline db curl (long head), db preacher curl (short head), and hammer curl (brachialis). I only have dumbbells so this seems to suit me the best.

ETA: Also, I’m 6’2”. So I understand those frustrations.
Love seeing that from Stanny! :geauxtigers:
“Is it them again, Yogi?”

Kaolin clay? I was going to try growing grapes but there is a disease carried by leafhoppers that kills grapevines. Kaolin clay was highly recommended for the grapevines to protect them against leafhoppers. I never did follow through with it. I’d definitely be interested to learn if it’s effective against vine borers.

Pretty sure this, and heavy pesticide application, is how pumpkin farms are able to produce.
Props to that young man. Hell of a catch!
