Its hard to believe this program just endured 4 seasons sans a halfway capable quarterback.

As a 34 year old man i must admit its a bit odd seeing the Gators down this bad.
Right when I get into College Football in my early teens I witness LSU get 11 out of 13 arse thumpings by this team in the 90s and early 2000s.
They were due.....Cyclical nature of college football finally hit them.

We beat Arizona on two separate occasions when they were ranked #1 in the early 2000s

In 1991 SEC Meetings pondering the ramifications of USC and Arkansas entering the Conference, Joe Dean did not want this annual series dumped on us but was powerless to do anything about it.
After SEC Expansion we subsequently got our arse whipped 10 out of 12 meetings by them.

Was at the game.
I think a big play set up a Tyler Watts short run-in for a TD right before the half.
Saban had to admit on his Radio Show the following week the team completely misprepared for the way they were expecting the Smoke Draw to be run.

If history is any indicator, Ole Miss does not respond well to high expectations.
The successful seasons they have had in recent memory came when they were low on the radar.

He left LSU on bitter terms in 2004 if I remember correctly, right?

I just saw where Carl Torbush is Dan Mullen's DC. He previously had stops with Franchione at Alabama and Texas A&M. The A&M defense faltered badly his last 2 seasons there.
I'm trying to think of some washed up SEC retreads that ended up at State and these names come to mind.
Lynn Amedee--ex LSU OC. A complete disaster during his time at LSU
Morris Watts--ex LSU OC. Came to MSU as OC after Michigan St. head coach Bobby Williams was fired.

Does WWL 870AM really reach 40 states on a clear night?
I have a friend in Louisville, KY who said it goes up there pretty clearly on some nights.

How long does the Meyer/ UF juggernaut last??

Does he have a run that is similar to Steve Spurrier's run in the 90s?
Keep in mind that he has already surpassed Steve in National Championships and his winning percentage at this point in his career is very close to what Steve Spurrier's was going into his 5th season.
When UF made this hire in 2005 I stated that UF had hit the jackpot on this hire and was lambasted and ridiculed like crazy.
In the 1990s, Steve Spurrier's dominance was in large part due to SEC defenses having no answer for his offensive system. Does Meyer's spread eventually do the same thing?

Go back and look at the 5 seasons Saban was here.
Saban's teams had a heck of a lot more difficulty when it came to Top 10 or Top 15 opponents.

I could be wrong, but I do not believe you will ever have to worry about this happening in your lifetime?
