Agree. An old guy putting on a mask before the game got millions. Why shouldn’t the player be compensated. But I’m not paying 300 dollars to get a my family a seat and then paying 80 to get food and drink for to watch sub par athletes. You can, and thats fine. Nothing will change, and you will be price gouged. Have fun watching the XFL.

Really opened my eyes to current big time college football. (Already knew activist judges and lawyers have ruined America)

Everyone is arguing about whether the guys who couldn’t even make the first pre-season game on an NFL squad can play in D-1.


Those guys who couldn’t even sniff the NFL are getting paid big in college and yet we are all paying huge prices from seating to food and drink. To over priced players who actually blow. Yall guys are paying and arguing about the XFL. I switched to UALR on my profile (they don’t have a football team) to prove a point.

Lifetime Razorback football fan who will no longer watch them or pay a dime for over priced players who blow at real football. Until it’s fixed I will take my kids and money to real college football like Henderson. Kids that care and that actually give a crap about their state and program. I don’t even know who’s on the Razorback roster from year to year. I feel like people will follow eventually until they get this fixed.


Side note: I hope the activist judges side with LSU. Let it burn.

To see people arguing for corporations getting millions back is mind blowing, but expected on the internet. I will give the working people living in the “guilded age” credit. At least they were smart enough eventually to know they were getting railed by their government officials and their corporate overlords.

Referring to our American Civil War (1861-1865) was horrible as I said.

I wasn’t there, but by 1863 I bet most people were getting tired of it. Gung-ho at the start though!!

I have, great document! We are all endowed by our creator with unalienable rights! Not an actual governing document but great text! A blueprint against tyranny and a-holes that want to take away people rights.

Not sure it just a democrat thing as we fight another war in the Middle East. What party controls all levers of government?

Civil war was awful. So many better ways to handle situations if people actually read and learned from history.

Completely agree. History is a good guide on effective leadership. Body of work on a life. Great books and biographies out there. We are living the moment and we are writing it. Opinions and decisions will be thrown out as we write our history. The problem, like many have pointed out on this thread is history has a way of re writing itself here, especially in this new technological atmosphere. Verdict is out on this type of “leadership” from our politicians.

When I was a kid, i lied and admitted nothing to escape accountability from my parents. Never worked. But pretty sure the moral of the lesson from my ole man was to own up and be a man

Sad state of affairs when this is the accepted way for government officials regardless of party. Might be time for some American soul searching
