Yes Sir, DeBoer is a 'wet sock' and the team has zero focus / discipline. It isn't a lack of talent, it is a lack of player development - DeBoer and Grubb need to go back to Washington - don't know who the replacement is but this isn't Alabama football.

Congrats on big win. Alabama is a hot mess. The Tenn. game showed a total lack of focus and discipline - sure there were injuries, but that is part of football and not a viable excuse. The team looked like they were on Valium. DeBoer is a great recruiter but in the 'player development' department, there's a lot to be desired. The seat should be hot if it isn't already.
