Wake Forest is the smart pick, USC or Utah are good too. In the SEC probably Ole Miss, in the Big 12, Baylor. big 10 Wisconsin .

Damn, he's overrated sure, but this threads making him underrated, he's still a top 5 QB in this class without the last name. Great mechanics and good athleticism.
