I think people are selling short a really good Auburn team. They just played a great Clemson team pretty darn well in Death Valley. I also see their offense improving as the season goes on. And I'll admit that after MSU, I really have no idea.

I always assumed it's because elephants have tusks and the University is in Tuscaloosa. Makes sense that would be the reason, but perhaps it's just a coincidence.
Not sure if already posted, but there's an episode of Mystery Science Thatre 3000 where the B movie involves an Arkansas professor and students going camping. Needless to say, they all get harassed by some monster. There's definitely a scene at a football game with actual game footage. I would guess it's from the early 80s.

Georgia's defense is good but not as good as ours. I say LSU wins it 31-20.

Why is that specific interception the play that changed college football? I'm guessing from the trailer, that it's because it allowed Alabama to go on to the national championship, thus proving that a conference game wouldn't necessarily hurt your chances of winning a championship.

When most people look at "best ever" college teams, they tend to look at how many people on that team panned out in the NFL. For this reason among many others, I'm not sure if anyone's ever gonna get the nod over '01 Miami.
College Sandal Bumpersticker?

I've seen these all over Birmingham. It's essentially a window decal of a pair of sandals with a college logo in the middle of each sandal. I have no idea how they got popular or what they could possibly mean other than "I support Team X and I also like to wear sandals."

There's not a thing in the world that Kentucky could do to make the SEC look good in basketball. Just like there's nothing Boise State can do to make the WAC look good in football.

I really enjoyed the dismantling of Virginia Tech in '07 even though it wasn't a rivalry. Also, since my inlaws are Auburn fans, I've really enjoyed the last three years - one last second heartbreaker and 2 beatdowns.
Least favorite would either be Ole Miss last year or Arkansas '07.
