Good point about last year. This year we are plying with house money. May only play 2 games and if so I won’t be happy but I won’t be that upset either. Typically you need this type of experience before you adapt and break thru. We shall see.
We had two fairly competitive games LSU won in that earlier series. We have played better lately, but is it enough?

You sir are correct. The losses to other teams that year and after are the result of his laziness, not the cause of our downfall. It all traces back to Fulmer after Cutcliffe left.

Hooker is really good at seeing oops in the defense. He has the experience to see pre snap where the potential coverage issue could be so when the oops moment happens he doesn’t miss many. That puts a lot of stress on a defense to play perfect. If the oops moment happens early, defenses can get tentative which just makes it worse for a few min. Then they calm back down til it happens again.

Uga will be the best defense we have faced. I have no clue what to expect but for the first time in nearly two decades I’m hopeful about the direction of the program. A loss doesn’t change that but I would love to win.

You guys will definitely be the most talented team we have played. Y’all definitely have more talent than we do overall. Our one possible advantage to help keep us in the game against more talented teams is our offense. That is by scheme and not overwhelming talent. Wrs are pretty good but TE’s and rb’s are average at best. OL is not dominant.

Our defense has not been good. Our d line is the best unit on defense and it isn’t SEC elite everywhere. Our lbers are average at best. Our dbs are awful.

So if you guys could be not good on offense for one more week, we would appreciate it. Thanks.
