Mediocre QB at best. Wide receivers can't get open. Offensive line is still weak. Maybe a couple of potentially decent running backs but it will be hard for them to shine behind this offensive line.

Some say the defense is OK but we have played U Mass, California, and Samford so how can you know anything from those opponents?
No talent on offense.

Harsin's Hangover.
("What do Alabama, Georgia, Auburn and Florida have in common?")

Let's see, I'll go with, unlike UCF, they all beat Navy, Tulane and Duke in football the last time they played them. LOL!
("You can’t beat who you don’t play. Tulane in 1998 beat everyone they played. I would have liked our chances against Tennessee but as you may recall this was the first year under BCS rules for the bowls so we didn’t get that matchup and just like BYU a few years earlier we weren’t going to be named number one in all the polls.")

Sorry but strength of schedule matters. There were probably 20 teams that would have gone undefeated with Tulane's schedule that year. Maybe more. There comes a point when your schedule is just so weak that it removes you from any serious consideration. They played no ranked teams and the best team they did play in the regular season was a Rutgers team that finished 6th in the Big East.

And it wasn't his bet. He was just holding that bet for a friend and forgot it was in the back seat of his car. LOL!
("Auburn etc will all be investigated.")

Drunk AND stupid is no way to go through life.

Congratulations you actually got 100% of that wrong.

The refs took a touchdown away from Kansas City after the guy clearly caught the ball and turned

Odd that all these Philly fans or pissed off chumps that lost money on the game whine and bitch about a holding call that even the DB admitted was correct and yet never address the horrible call on that COMPLETED PASS AND FUMBLE. If holding doesn't get called on the Eagles KC still kicks a field goal and goes up 38-35. The BS incomplete ruling on that earlier play directly cost KC a TD.

Want to bitch about the downward spiral of NFL officiating? I'll give you a good place to start. This trend where a receiver has to catch a pass; run at least ten yards with it securely under his arm; stop; take out a cell phone; call a lawyer; sit down on the field with the lawyer; fill out a sworn affidavit confirming that the ball is indeed in his possession; take out his cell phone again; call a notary public to come onto the field and officially stamp the document; and then and only then is it considered a completed pass.

I could see calling it if Mahomes didn't overthrow by a good 10 yards.

Whether a pass is catchable or not has no bearing on a defensive holding call. That would be a factor to consider with pass interference but not holding. And the hold is often what causes the pass to be overthrown.

Worst call in the history of sports

Ha! It wasn't even the worst call in this game. The touchdown they robbed from KC by calling that catch and fumble an incomplete pass was 10 times worse

She better be careful going public like that. Next thing you know she will trip and fall up the stairs at her house.

Unless you're pretending that no one else besides Bama was cheating, and that's absurd.

Why do you think Saban came out so strongly against NIL? He even got in a public pissing match with Jimbo over it. I'll tell you why.

To use an analogy, because when you have set up the biggest, best, most efficient and well protected bootlegging operation in American the last thing on earth that you want is for booze to be legalized.
There is cheating and then there has been the level of purchasing players that Alabama has been allowed to get away with. It's a matter of scale.
I haven't read the whole thread so forgive me if some of thee have already been mentioned but here's my take.

1. NIL has ended the Alabama monopoly on buying players on an epic scale. Oh sure Alabama will continue to get great recruiting classes but they no longer have the absolute advantage they used to have.

2. Unrealistic fan expectations. Despite the fact that NIL is going to start leveling the playing field bama fans expect to win the NC every year and consider anything less a tragedy. Alabama lost 2 games this past year by small margins and all of the locals in my neck of the woods have been wandering around dazed like God took the sun away.

3. None of the credit. Even if you take the job as OC or DC at Alabama and they do indeed win the national championship your first year there (or any year after that) you will get none of the credit. Saint Nicholous the Holy will get every bit of it.

4. All the blame. Any loss however, no matter the circumstances, will be pinned on either the offensive or defensive coordinators. Never on Saban, no,no,no. Not the God of football. Never his fault.

You are mistaking laughter for riled up.

The only thing Al Capone ever got convicted of was income tax evasion. I guess by your logic he never did anything else illegal. LOL!

So as long as they don't get busted you are sticking with the fantasy that they aren't doing anything illegal. Now I know you are 12. A grown man cannot be that hopelessly naive.

Maybe being Alabama allows the school not to be forced to hire known shite bags like the barn.

Again, what are our shitbags doing that you feel that yours are not doing? Getting recruits laid? Paying players?

Cause I got some sad arse news for you Skippy.

Do I also need to break it to you that the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus aren't real?

Show me where we hired a show cause coach like Pearl or a coach that had PREVIOUSLY been fired for hiring hookers personally.

So you don't care that your coaches do it just that they have never been caught. Gotcha. The outward illusion of morality is what's most important to you.

Or are you one of the truly clueless morons that think their school is the one shining beacon of righteousness in the land. LOL!

I call it money well spent. And a drop in the bucket compared to the number of players Alabama has purchased.

Your best defense is "well what Bama did was worse"

You would have a point in a court case. But it's a pretty valid defense against a clueless dumbass that is trying to act like Auburn or any of its coaches are doing anything that Alabama and its coaches haven't been doing for a long time.
