I think a lot of people are missing the point. OM is facing some serious penalties no matter how you slice it.

The probability for Freeze to win a settlement would increase. If Rebel Rags wins its case, it would prove malfeasance on the NCAA’s part for conducting a sloppy investigation. I not arguing OM’s innocence, but the NCAA new rules on a coach’s culpability in lack of institutional control. A court of ...

If Rebel Rags wins their suit. The depositions of Leo Lewis and company will be on public record. If the senerio happens when Hugh Freeze is terminated or given a show cause. He technically could bring a civil suit against the NCAA....
