I have two boys of driving age, both wanted and received 20 year old vehicles. 1995 land cruiser and 2001 cherokee, $20k all in for both. After school, if they choose to sell them they should be worth the same or more than I paid for them.

The in-laws own several thousands of acres in pine trees. Is now the time to cut it all?

My MIL gave both of my boys an echo dot for Christmas. They each set theirs up in their rooms. We have one individual prime account that includes Amazon music. Both are linked to that account. The issue is, they cannot listen to Amazon music separately at the same time.

Did anyone know a work around? Do I need to upgrade to a family plan or add another prime account?

We own a 3 bd beachfront at mainsail in Miramar. Literally, 2 minute walk from condo to beach chair. We have been thinking the same thing about selling. We don't rent it out, but are using it less and less each year. Owned since the early nineties.
