Pretty funny considering
Im not a lawyer, but dont suits require damages? How does lsu recruiting nfl training camp bodies constitute damages to the SEC?
I mean hes kind of right here, no?

I certainly dont care
There was a pretty big tone shift at espn today onto the side of the players. Im almost certain someone finally took a swot analysis of the financial situation

SEC Championships:
Ole Miss: 6
Tulane: 3

Not sure this is the dunk you think it is
They also have more SEC championships than Ole Miss
Some of those losers could use a break from all the crying anyway

They have made a mockery of something that was sacred to many southerners for several generations.

This is a pathetic take. After you're done crying maybe grow up a little
Got it, nice to see a sports league being proactive and reasonable
Tampa has a mid-season need at edge, could he be called back to the NFL?

Obviously he wouldn't be obligated to go, but seems like another possible head-ache for these players down the road.

Why the outrage?

Prior to the NFL draft, all of these players in question had seemingly exhausted their eligibility, and they made the obvious choice of entering the NFL draft as the last remaining avenue to continue playing football.

None of the players were drafted. Subsequent to the draft, the NCAA extended blanket 5th year eligibility to all athletes which would have been relevant to the decision making of these players had they known prior to the draft.

The TRO sought to correct this inequity and afford these players the choice they would have had 5 months ago if the NCAA were competent. Calling these guys "NFL players" is a bit disingenuous. In some cases they were no different than the 4th QB camp body.

Its unfortunate that the Lane derangement syndrome is such that people see this as the moral atrocity of our time. Meanwhile, UCLA, Texas, and countless other schools signed or actively recruited the same pool of players.
