Welcome to my world. Look I've been a Vandy fan for close to 50 years with not much success in there. But it is still enjoyable. My wellbeing doesn't depend on the how we did. I can cheer for the players and then go on with my life. Actually kind of admire the our players even more for going against...
Vandy's Dudley Stadium was the first stadium built in the south specifically for football. 1922. Dudley was responsible for the SIAA which was the predecessor of the Southern Conference and the SEC. We are spending over $300M for sports facilities starting this year. Looking forward to seeing all ...
A Vandy alum won a bronze for female team track cycling. (We had another Olympian this year in men's golf representing Austria) ...

why the hate on us? we have been congratulating you on an outstanding year and tourney. It's ok to be a gracious winner. ...
agree with this reseeding. an additional point to ok where you placed us - 5 trips to CWS - 4 appearances in the finals (2 wins and 2 runner-ups. hell of a % there. Once again, congrats! ...
Congratulations to MSU - well done. All segments of the game were top notch. Let's meet up in the finals again next year and hopefully our defense and bats will show up. Enjoy your year. and I can't help but say something good for us if you don't mind. 5 trips to Omaha and 4 times in th...
I think the NCAA could have worked out something to get NCSU to play except for one thing. The NCSU coach presser last Monday where he let it slip that a bunch of guys including a coach I think were sick well before they played us. If NCSU had been upfront about this and managed the outbreak at tha...

good mention of matches. The data I saw was an average dating back to the mid 1970s when the pro tour for women started. women used to play close to moon ball stuff that could go on forever! the game absolutely has changed since those early days. I'll add another point. Other than the grand ...

per the tennis info - historically in women's tennis matches, the rallies last much longer, whereas the men's matches were quick serve and volley. so a 5 set women's match would have much much longer. I believe they even had stats that the women's matches hit the ball as much as men's matches. No...
I'd obviously prefer to stick with with 8 conf games and 4 OOC games. that is the only way we can get to a bowl game given the recruiting disadvantage you have. Perhaps if all teams could get the extra practices that come with a bowl game, it wouldn't be as bad. Every bowl game does help us in recr...
Vandy is the defending National Champion in baseball. ...
then changing the recruiting rules, so we can....
um, no. we need 4 OOC to go bowling sometimes. 10 game SEC schedule doesn't give us a chance. ...
SEC really screwed this up. Having two 0-10 teams isn't a good look. why they didn't schedule Vandy - Arkansas is beyond me. ...
have to say, I am pleasantly surprised we would only need to win 20 games to get to .500. Guess we were a power about a century ago. In fact, 1920 and 1921 were our two national championships claims I think. Hope we don't need another century to get the top again. ...
Hope we have a good and entertaining game. ...
there is exactly zero talk of the game being canceled. Nice try. By the way, are you bringing back the grad assistance who literally tripped our guys running down the side lines last time we were there? classy. will give a shout out of thanks to the to your guys in the booth who saw it and pulled...
