A bunch of us from CT and the former OOTS board wound up on GamecockFanatics.com. It's a pretty small group of mostly older fans....

I put a 3lb chuck roast on the smoker, treated it like a brisket, left it in the crutch until it cooled, and then tossed it in the fridge, still wrapped, for a few hours to re-solidify. After that, I took it out, trimmed the excess fat, and chopped it all into little bite sized chunks before making...
